Waves of Wellness

A weekly Wednesday restorative offering designed to support ease, energetic flow, and nervous system regulation through intentional movement and sound.

First 45 minutes
The class begins with gentle, accessible Qigong-inspired movement and breath work. Rooted in ancient Chinese practices, Qigong supports circulation, balance, and the smooth flow of energy throughout the body. Movements are slow, intentional, and adaptable for all levels — no prior experience is needed. This portion of the class helps release tension, ground the body, and prepare the nervous system for rest.

Final 30 minutes
The experience transitions into a restorative sound bath, allowing participants to fully settle and integrate. Using resonant instruments and calming sound frequencies, this portion of the class supports deep relaxation, mental clarity, and an evening reset. Participants rest comfortably as sound gently carries the body into stillness.

Each class is thoughtfully structured to guide participants through a complete arc of arrival, movement, and deep rest. Classes are guided by Courtney Bowker, an intentional energy healer and teacher, and are held in a welcoming, inclusive space for all bodies and experience levels.

Waves of Wellness

Waves of Wellness is a weekly, donation-based community gathering designed to help you reset, soften, and return to yourself midweek.

Held every Wednesday at the Recreational Center, these immersive sessions combine gentle qigong movement with a deeply restorative sound bath to support your nervous system, quiet the mind, and bring the body back into balance.

We’ll begin with slow, intentional qigong movements to encourage circulation, ease tension, and create a sense of grounded flow. From there, we’ll transition seamlessly into a sound bath experience, where healing frequencies and resonant tones invite deep rest, clarity, and energetic renewal.

This is not a typical movement class — it’s an experience. One that meets you where you are and allows you to leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more supported as you move through the rest of your week.

✨ These sessions are offered on a donation basis as a gift to the community.

What to Bring

Please bring a yoga mat and anything that helps you feel comfortable and supported — a blanket, pillow, or eye covering are all welcome.

Come as you are.
Leave feeling refreshed, grounded, and reconnected.

Waves of Wellness

Step into the gentle flow of midweek restoration with Waves of Wellness, a weekly, donation-based community class designed to release tension, calm the mind, and reset your energetic field. Each session begins with 10–15 minutes of soft, accessible Qi Gong movements to awaken the body, circulate energy, and ease you into a grounded state of presence.

From there, participants are guided into a deeply restorative crystal bowl sound bath, using carefully crafted sound frequencies to support relaxation, balance, and inner harmony. The combination of gentle movement and sound allows the nervous system to soften while the body and mind settle naturally into rest.

This welcoming, community-supported experience is open to all levels, backgrounds, and intentions. Each week offers a safe, inclusive space to unwind, restore balance, and reconnect—with yourself and the collective rhythm of the group.

Community mats are provided, but you’re welcome to bring your own yoga mat, blanket, pillow, or anything else that makes you feel fully supported and comfortable. Feel free to contact me with any questions.
