I’m so grateful you’re here.

My name is Courtney Bowker and I am an intentional, heart-centered energy healer.

My journey with energy and the unseen has been unfolding long before I ever held a certificate. It’s been a path of remembering — of exploring the currents of life force that weave through all things and learning to listen deeply to the language of the heart. Along the way, I trained in Usui Holy Fire® Reiki, allowing my natural sensitivity and lived experience to merge with formal practice, structure, and technique.

At the center of my work is the heart chakra — the space within us that governs balance, duality, connection, and harmony. I believe healing begins when the heart feels safe to expand its tension, to soften, speak, and realign. Through energy work, and meaningful conversation, my intention will always be to create a safe space for you to explore your inner landscape, for discovery and reconnection with your truest self.

My approach is and will always stay intentional, grounded, and inclusive to all. I believe energy healing is a tangible experience that anyone can benefit from and enjoy. Through sharing this heart-centered energy, my intention is practical and empowering—not distant or mystical. Reiki serves as the foundation, yet this work supports everyday life just as much as it nurtures spiritual growth. I also continue to expand my understanding through Traditional Chinese Medicine studies and by exploring how energy flows through both the body and subtle systems.
