Weekly Donation-Based Sound Bath

Step into the gentle flow of midweek restoration with Waves of Wellness, a recurring sound bath designed to melt tension, calm the mind, and reset your energetic field. Using crystal bowls and carefully crafted sound frequencies, each session guides participants into a state of deep relaxation and inner harmony.

This community-supported experience is open to all levels, intentions, and backgrounds. Each week offers a safe, welcoming space to release stress, restore balance, and connect with yourself and others in a shared atmosphere of presence and ease.

Community mats are provided, but feel free to bring your own yoga mat, blanket, pillow, or any items needed to make yourself fully comfortable and supported during the session.
