Group Experiences
Gather together for a shared sound healing experience designed to support relaxation, connection, and collective restoration. These sessions are perfect for workplaces, retreats, small gatherings, or special occasions.
Group sound baths can currently be booked in your own space, allowing the experience to meet you where you are. Small groups of up to six people may also be hosted in the Heart of Qi healing space in Lake Toxaway.
Private Group Sound Bath

A shared sound healing experience designed for small groups seeking relaxation and connection. Crystal singing bowls and gentle sound instruments create calming waves of vibration that help quiet the mind and settle the nervous system, allowing the group to enter a deeply restorative state together.
These intimate gatherings are thoughtfully tailored to the needs of each group and can be arranged for 2–6 participants in the Heart of Qi healing space in Lake Toxaway.

Mobile Sound Bath Experience

Virtual Offerings
Heart of Qi is grateful to support a community that stretches across the world. Virtual offerings allow healing work to continue beyond physical space, connecting through practices that support relaxation, energetic balance, and personal renewal. As energy knows no bounds, neither does our ability to support one another from afar.
Distance Reiki Session
75 minute
Receive Reiki energy from wherever you are. Each virtual session begins with a brief Zoom check-in before the healing begins. From there, the Reiki session is completed off call, allowing you to relax in your own space and receive the healing away from devices.
After the session, a follow-up note is sent with intuitive insights from the experience, including observations around the energetic centers and gentle guidance to support you moving forward on your journey.
