Join Heart of Qi and Meghan Gaillour for a deeply relaxing evening of individual Reiki and a sound bath in the peaceful setting of Highland Peaks Retreat.
Through gentle energy work and soothing vibrational sounds, this experience invites you to slow down, settle into stillness, and reconnect with yourself. Whether you are familiar with energy work or simply looking for a restorative evening, you are welcome to come as you are and allow yourself time to rest.
During the experience, individual Reiki will be offered alongside the immersive sound bath, allowing you to receive gentle energy work while resting in a soothing soundscape. Together, these practices create space for deep relaxation, self-awareness, and a renewed sense of inner balance.
Meet your Practitioners
Megan Gaillour is a certified and trained Yoga Instructor RYT-200, Sound Healing Practitioner, and Reiki Practitioner. She focuses her practices around the nervous system, creating space for deep rest and relaxation. Using a variety of sound healing instruments–including crystal & Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, melodic percussive instruments, gongs and a variety of other calming and soothing sounds–she creates a space and atmosphere where the body can relax, the breath can slow, and the mind can let go.
Courtney Bowker of Heart of Qi is a Reiki Practitioner and Qigong Instructor serving the Highlands and Cashiers Plateau. Their practice centers on energy awareness, inner balance, and the relationship between body, mind, and spirit. Through heart-centered Reiki, mindful movement, and breath awareness, Courtney creates space for deep rest, reconnection, and a greater understanding of our own vital life force. Their approach invites individuals to slow down, become present within themselves, and cultivate a more harmonious relationship with their own energy.
