Class Details
Beginner Qigong is a welcoming weekly class designed to introduce participants to the foundational principles of Qigong through gentle movement, breathwork, energetic awareness, and guided teaching.
Rooted in ancient practices of energy cultivation, this class offers a grounded and approachable space to explore the relationship between breath, body, and life force energy while supporting balance, mobility, nervous system regulation, and overall wellbeing.
Each class includes both experiential practice and moments of guided learning, allowing participants to not only move through Qigong, but begin to understand the deeper principles behind the practice and how they can be integrated into everyday life.
Movements are slow, adaptable, and beginner-friendly. No prior experience is needed.
